How HealifyMD pricing is structured

We price each treatment on its own rather than bundling everything into a subscription you have to keep paying. If you only want a lab panel, you pay for the lab panel. If you start a monthly medication, you pay for that medication month by month or in a lower-priced multi-month package where one is offered, and you can talk with your clinician about stopping or changing it at any point.

Most medication prices include the medication itself, dispensing by a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and the clinician oversight that goes with it: your online visit, your personalized plan and follow-up check-ins. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

The full price list is in the table on this page. It's the same list our clinicians and support team use, so what you see here is what you'll be quoted, subject to confirmation at your eligibility review.

What's included and what's billed separately

Lab work is generally priced separately from medication. The one exception is the first month of our hormone programs, which includes the lab panel for testosterone therapy and baseline labs for women's hormone therapy. Some treatments need baseline blood work before a clinician can prescribe safely, and many need repeat labs to monitor you over time. Those tests are billed as one-time charges at the prices listed below.

The women's hormone therapy plan works a little differently from the rest of our menu. Estradiol (topical, cream or patch), estriol vaginal cream and progesterone (capsule or cream) are all included in the hormone therapy program price, so switching from a cream to a patch, or adding vaginal estriol, doesn't change what you pay.

  • Included with most medications: clinician review, your plan, the medication and pharmacy dispensing
  • Billed separately: lab panels and specialty tests
  • Not offered: in-person procedures, imaging or emergency care, which you'd arrange locally
  • Always free: the online eligibility check

Why the first month of hormone therapy costs more

Both Hormone Therapy for Women and Testosterone Replacement Therapy have a higher first-month price, then drop to a lower monthly rate. Starting hormone therapy takes more clinician time than continuing it: a detailed history, a review of your symptoms and test results, a risk discussion and a plan built for you.

The first month of either program includes the lab panel (baseline labs for women's hormone therapy), and your eligibility review will spell out exactly what else the first month covers in your case.

Insurance, HSA and FSA

The prices here are self-pay prices. Insurance generally doesn't cover compounded medications, because they aren't FDA-approved products, and many plans also exclude weight-loss and wellness treatments. If you have coverage for a branded medication, our Weight Loss Program Membership exists for people who fill a branded GLP-1 elsewhere and want clinical oversight from us.

Health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) follow IRS rules on medical expenses, but your plan administrator decides what qualifies under your specific plan. Ask your plan administrator before you pay, and keep your receipts. IRS guidance treats prescribed medicines and lab fees that are part of medical care as medical expenses, while costs that are merely beneficial to general health are not.

About compounded medications

Many HealifyMD medications are compounded, meaning a licensed pharmacy prepares them for an individual prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not equivalent to branded products such as Wegovy or Zepbound.

Your clinician will tell you whether a medication in your plan is compounded or FDA-approved, explain why it was chosen and talk through the alternatives, including branded options you could get through your own insurance.

How to get your exact price

Start with the free eligibility check. It asks about your health history, goals and current medications. A licensed clinician then reviews it, and if a treatment is appropriate, you'll see your confirmed price before anything is charged. New patients get 10% off their first order with the code in our offer bar; it doesn't apply to lab panels, CGM or branded GLP-1 medication.

Care is available only in states where our clinicians are licensed, so check the states we serve before you begin. If you have a pricing question that isn't answered here, email support@healifymd.com.

Common questions

Is there a membership or sign-up fee?

No. You pay only for the treatments and tests you choose, and the eligibility check costs nothing.

Are lab tests included in medication prices?

Generally no. Labs are listed and billed separately as one-time charges, except that the first month of TRT includes the lab panel and the first month of women's hormone therapy includes baseline labs.

Why does a price say "From"?

A "From" price is the starting monthly price. The exact amount for your plan is confirmed at your eligibility review before you pay.

Does the women's HRT price change if I use a patch instead of a cream?

No. Estradiol, estriol vaginal cream and progesterone preparations are included in the hormone therapy program price.

Does insurance cover HealifyMD treatments?

Insurance generally doesn't cover compounded medications, and our prices are self-pay. Check with your insurer about branded medications or labs ordered for a diagnosis.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Possibly. Eligibility depends on IRS rules and your specific plan, so ask your plan administrator before paying and keep your receipts.

Are prices the same in every state?

Prices are not set by state, but care is only available in states where our clinicians are licensed. Your price is confirmed at the eligibility review.
