What each option costs and includes
Tadalafil Daily is generic tadalafil, the same active ingredient as Cialis, taken once a day. Starting at $99 per month, or $150 for 2 months ($75 per month), the price includes an online assessment and visit with a licensed clinician, your prescription, dispensing by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and follow-up if you need a dose change.
The Triple Action Blend combines tadalafil with oxytocin and PT-141 in a single compounded product starting at $149 per month, or $249 for 2 months and $299 for 3 months ($100 per month). Because it's compounded, it is not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify its safety, effectiveness or quality before it's sold. The combination has not been studied as a product in large clinical trials, which your clinician will explain.
- Clinician assessment, including your heart health and current medicines
- Prescription and pharmacy dispensing
- Follow-up for side effects or dose adjustments
- No membership fee
What a year costs
At list price, twelve months of Tadalafil Daily comes to $1,188 billed monthly, or $900 as six 2-month packages. Twelve months of the Triple Action Blend comes to $1,788 billed monthly, or $1,196 as four 3-month packages. If your clinician recommends a baseline Comprehensive Lab Panel, that adds $199.
Labs can be worthwhile. Erectile dysfunction can be an early sign of conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease, because the same blood vessel changes affect the penis and the heart. Checking blood sugar and lipids can give you useful information beyond the bedroom.
Daily versus as-needed dosing
Tadalafil can be taken as needed before sex or as a lower dose every day. Daily dosing removes the need to plan around a pill and keeps a steady level in your system. Tadalafil taken once daily is also FDA-approved for urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia), which some men in midlife have alongside ED.
Your clinician decides which schedule and dose fit you. Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or with "poppers," and it can cause headache, indigestion, flushing, back or muscle aches and cough. Sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours, needs urgent care.
When a retail pharmacy may be cheaper
Generic tadalafil is widely available, and if you already have a prescription from your own doctor, a pharmacy discount program or your insurance may get you the tablets for less than our monthly price. We'd rather you know that up front.
What our price adds is the clinical side: an assessment from a licensed clinician, a prescription if appropriate, and ongoing follow-up without an office visit. If you only need a refill of something that already works and your own doctor manages your health, a local pharmacy may be the better value.
Insurance and Medicare
Many insurance plans limit or exclude drugs used for erectile dysfunction, and Medicare Part D excludes ED drugs by law when they're used for ED. Coverage can differ when the same medicine is prescribed for another FDA-approved condition, such as tadalafil for enlarged-prostate symptoms, so check your plan's formulary.
Compounded products such as the Triple Action Blend are generally not covered by pharmacy benefits. HealifyMD prices are self-pay prices.
HSA and FSA
IRS guidance counts prescribed medicines that are part of medical care as medical expenses. Treatment for erectile dysfunction is usually considered medical care, but your plan administrator decides what qualifies under your plan. Ask before you pay and keep your receipts.
If your account balance resets at the end of the plan year, check your deadline. Some plans have a use-it-or-lose-it rule or a short grace period, which can affect when it makes sense to buy.
Related options and their prices
Some men find that low desire, rather than erection quality, is the main issue, and that can have different causes, including low testosterone, relationship stress, depression or medications. If your clinician suspects low testosterone, confirmatory blood tests come first; Testosterone Replacement Therapy is $249 for the first month and $149 per month after that. Compounded Oxytocin is available from $149 per month, or $349 for 3 months, if your clinician thinks it's appropriate.

Common questions
How much does ED treatment cost without insurance?
Tadalafil Daily starts at $99 per month and the compounded Triple Action Blend at $149 per month at HealifyMD, with lower monthly rates on multi-month packages and labs billed separately.
Is generic tadalafil the same as Cialis?
Generic tadalafil contains the same active ingredient as Cialis and is FDA-approved as a generic. Our Tadalafil Daily is generic tadalafil.
Is the Triple Action Blend FDA-approved?
No. It's a compounded combination product and isn't FDA-approved.
Could I pay less at a pharmacy?
Possibly, if you already have a prescription and use insurance or a discount program. Our price includes clinician care as well as the medication.
Does Medicare cover ED pills?
Medicare Part D excludes drugs used for ED by law, though coverage may differ if the drug is prescribed for another approved condition.
Are labs required?
Not always, but your clinician may suggest blood sugar and cholesterol checks because ED can signal heart and metabolic issues.
Can I use an HSA or FSA?
Often, for prescribed treatment, but your plan administrator makes the final decision.
