How to reach us

Email support@healifymd.com. Everything HealifyMD does happens online, so we have no walk-in office and do not take inbound calls. If you would rather talk, book a free call from our care team and we will ring you, usually within one business day. Email gives us a written record and lets the right person, whether billing, technical support or your care team, pick up your question.

If you are already a patient and your question is about symptoms, side effects or your medication, use the secure messaging in your account so it reaches your clinician directly with your health record attached.

What to include in your email

A complete first message means fewer back-and-forth replies:

  • The name and email address on your account, if you have one.
  • A clear subject line, such as "Billing question" or "Shipping delay".
  • What happened, what you expected and any order or confirmation number.
  • Screenshots for technical problems, if you can take them.
  • Do not include your full Social Security number, full card numbers or passwords. We will never ask for them by email.

Which topics we can help with

  • Getting started and eligibility: whether a program is available where you live and how the process works.
  • Treatments and pricing: what a program includes and how pricing is confirmed.
  • Billing: receipts, charges and refunds under our terms of service.
  • Account and technical issues: logins, uploads and video visit problems.
  • Shipping: tracking and pharmacy delivery questions.
  • Privacy: requests about your information, including requests under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
  • Media and partnerships: general inquiries about HealifyMD.

Questions only a clinician should answer

Our support team cannot give medical advice, change your dose or approve a prescription. Those decisions belong to your licensed clinician. If you are not yet a patient, the free eligibility check is the way to get a clinician's eyes on your situation.

If you already have a plan and something has changed, such as new symptoms, a new medication from another doctor or a planned surgery, tell your care team through your account rather than general support.

When not to email

Email is never the right channel for an emergency. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, sudden weakness or numbness, a severe allergic reaction, severe abdominal pain or thoughts of harming yourself, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

If you think you are having a serious reaction to a medication, get emergency care first and let us know afterward.

Find answers faster

Many common questions are already answered on our site. Our FAQ covers getting started, pricing, safety and side effects, and specific treatment areas. The how-it-works page explains each step from intake to follow-up, and the states-we-serve page explains how licensing affects availability.

If the answer you need is not there, email us and tell us what you looked for. That feedback helps us improve the site.

Privacy and records requests

You have rights over your health information, including the right to see and get a copy of your records, to ask for corrections and to receive an accounting of certain disclosures. To make a request, email support@healifymd.com from the address on your account and describe what you need. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing anything, which protects you from someone else requesting your records.

Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices explains these rights in detail, and our Privacy Policy covers website and account information such as cookies and marketing preferences.

Billing questions and refunds

For billing questions, include the date and amount of the charge and the last four digits of the card used, never the full number. Our Terms of Service explain how charges, cancellations and refunds work. Note that prescription medications that have been dispensed by a pharmacy generally cannot be returned, because pharmacies cannot restock them.

Reporting a content error

If you spot something on our site that seems inaccurate or out of date, email support@healifymd.com with the page address and a short description. Our editorial policy explains how reports are reviewed and how corrections go through medical review.

Common questions

How quickly will I get a reply?

We work through messages in the order received and aim to reply promptly, but response times vary with volume, so plan ahead for anything time-sensitive.

Is there a phone number I can call?

No. HealifyMD supports patients by email and secure in-account messaging only.

Can I email my clinician directly?

Patients should use secure messaging in their account for clinical questions, which keeps the conversation in their medical record.

Is email secure for health information?

Standard email is not fully secure, so share only what we need to identify you and use in-account messaging for clinical details.

How do I request a copy of my records?

Email support@healifymd.com with your request; our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices explains your right to access your health information.

Where do I send a complaint?

Email support@healifymd.com with the details. Privacy complaints can also be filed with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
