Booking questions
Does the eligibility check cost anything?
No. The eligibility check is free, and there is no membership fee. You pay only for lab tests or treatments you choose after your review.
What happens after I book?
A licensed clinician reviews your health history and goals at your appointment. They may suggest lab testing first, recommend a treatment if it fits, or tell you that something else is a better next step.
What if the service I want is not listed?
Please book a free consultation with our care team. Choose "Talk to the Care Team" in the scheduler and a care team member will call you, usually within one business day, to point you to the right evaluation.
Do I need lab work before I book?
No. If labs would help, your clinician will tell you which ones. Recent results from your own doctor can also be reviewed.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. Prescription treatments are available only to eligible patients after a clinical evaluation, and only when the clinician believes they are appropriate.
Is my information private?
Yes. Health information you share for your care is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and handled by HIPAA-compliant systems.
