How HealifyMD pricing is structured
There are two kinds of charges. Medications and ongoing programs are usually billed monthly, and lab tests and some single-supply items are one-time purchases. There is no platform or membership fee layered on top, and the online assessment and eligibility review are free.
Lab work is priced separately from medication, except that the first month of the TRT and women's hormone therapy programs includes baseline labs. Many treatments need a baseline panel, so plan for that cost when you compare options. Your clinician will tell you which tests are needed for the treatment you are considering.
Sample prices for common treatments
The table below lists a selection of current published prices. Compounded medications in the list are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to branded products. All prices are confirmed during your eligibility review, and the full list lives on our pricing page.
Why some plans have a lower price per month
Many treatments are offered in multi-month options as well as month to month. Semaglutide injection is $550 for 2 months ($275 per month), compared with a starting price of $299 per month. Tirzepatide injection is $750 for 2 months ($375 per month), compared with a starting price of $399 per month, and new patients get $100 off the first month of either injection. New patients also get 10% off their first order with the code in the site's offer bar; that discount excludes lab panels, CGM and branded GLP-1 medication.
A longer package lowers the effective monthly cost, but it also commits you to more medication up front. If you are new to a GLP-1 and unsure how you will tolerate it, talk with your clinician about which option makes sense before you choose.
The Weight Loss Program Membership is different
The Weight Loss Program Membership, from $75 per month (or $150 for 3 months, $50 per month), is designed for people who already get a branded GLP-1 through their own prescription coverage. It covers clinical oversight from HealifyMD rather than the medication itself, which you obtain separately. It is a care program, not an access fee.
Insurance: the honest answer
Our listed prices are self-pay prices, and we do not promise that any insurer will reimburse them. Coverage depends entirely on your plan. Compounded medications and screening-style lab panels are often outside what plans cover, and branded GLP-1 coverage frequently comes with prior authorization or step-therapy rules.
If you want to try using insurance for a branded medication, call your plan and ask whether the drug is on the formulary for your diagnosis and what paperwork it requires. You can then decide whether to pair that with our membership or use a fully self-pay plan.
HSA and FSA accounts
IRS Publication 502 says qualifying medical expenses can include prescription drugs, laboratory fees that are part of medical care, and a weight-loss program when it treats a specific disease diagnosed by a physician, such as obesity. Whether a particular HealifyMD charge qualifies for your account is decided by your plan administrator, not by us.
If you have an FSA, check your deadline. Employers may let you carry over a limited balance or give a short grace period, but not both, and unused money can otherwise be lost. HSAs are available only with an HSA-eligible health plan.
Comparing our prices with other options
A fair comparison looks at the whole cost of care, not just the medication. Ask what each option includes: clinician visits, follow-up messages, lab work, shipping and dose changes. A lower sticker price that leaves out labs or follow-up can end up costing more, and a branded drug covered by insurance may be cheaper for you than any self-pay plan.
It also helps to separate what is FDA-approved from what is compounded. Branded medications have been through FDA review for safety and effectiveness; compounded versions have not, and the two are not interchangeable. Your clinician can talk through the trade-offs so that price is one factor in your decision rather than the only one.
When you are and are not charged
If a clinician decides a treatment is not right for you, you are not charged for that treatment. Labs you have already purchased are a separate item. Monthly plans renew on the terms shown before you enroll, and you can stop by contacting your care team, keeping in mind that some medications are better tapered than stopped abruptly.

Common questions
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The online assessment and eligibility review are free, and you pay only if you go ahead with a treatment or test.
Are labs included in my medication price?
Usually not. Lab testing is priced separately, and the Comprehensive Lab Panel is $199 one-time; the exception is the first month of the TRT and women's hormone therapy programs, which includes baseline labs.
What is the cheapest way to start?
That depends on what you need. Your clinician can explain which tests are essential and which options fit your goals and budget.
Do prices differ by state?
Our published prices do not vary by state, but we only serve states where our clinicians are licensed.
Does the HRT price include each hormone separately?
No separate charge applies. Estradiol, estriol vaginal cream and progesterone products prescribed through the program are included in the hormone therapy price of $349 for the first month, then $99 per month.
Can I get a receipt for my HSA or FSA?
Contact support@healifymd.com for billing records. Your plan administrator decides whether the expense qualifies.
Will Medicare pay for HealifyMD?
Our listed prices are self-pay prices, and we do not promise reimbursement from Medicare or any other plan. Coverage for a prescription filled elsewhere depends on your own drug plan.
Could prices change?
Published prices can be updated, which is why your price is confirmed at the eligibility review before you are charged.
